Why MyLogistics

Software runs the network. People run your account.

Automation is what makes a hundred facilities behave consistently. It is not what you get instead of a phone call.

The three ways to do this

Direct, broker, or network. Side by side.

Technology & systems

Going Direct to a 3PL

Not offered: No shared system — coordination happens by phone, email, and spreadsheet

Working With a Broker or Freight Forwarder

Not offered: A booking layer sitting on top of someone else's operating system

MyLogistics.ai

Clear advantage: One proprietary platform running the entire network — live inventory sync, automated rate shopping, and reconciled billing in a single system

Rate leverage

Going Direct to a 3PL

Not offered: Priced on your volume alone

Working With a Broker or Freight Forwarder

Not offered: Marked up over underlying 3PL rates

MyLogistics.ai

Clear advantage: Priced across the full network's combined volume

Accountability when something goes wrong

Going Direct to a 3PL

Not offered: You're the point of contact with every facility

Working With a Broker or Freight Forwarder

Not offered: Coordinates, but the 3PL still executes — and blame moves between them

MyLogistics.ai

Clear advantage: One account team owns the outcome across every facility

Invoicing

Going Direct to a 3PL

Not offered: A separate invoice and reconciliation process per facility

Working With a Broker or Freight Forwarder

Not offered: A broker invoice layered on top of facility invoices

MyLogistics.ai

Clear advantage: One consolidated, reconciled invoice

Adding a new warehouse, channel, or country

Going Direct to a 3PL

Not offered: New vendor search, contract, and onboarding, every time

Working With a Broker or Freight Forwarder

Not offered: Broker re-shops the relationship for you — same lag

MyLogistics.ai

Clear advantage: Route volume to an existing network node — no new integration

Visibility

Going Direct to a 3PL

Not offered: Whatever portal, or spreadsheet, each facility gives you

Working With a Broker or Freight Forwarder

Not offered: A reporting layer once removed from ground truth

MyLogistics.ai

Clear advantage: One dashboard. See exactly where every order and shipment stands, in real time.

Contract terms

Going Direct to a 3PL

Not offered: Locked into that facility's terms and minimums

Working With a Broker or Freight Forwarder

Not offered: Locked into the broker's placement, not the facility

MyLogistics.ai

Clear advantage: One master agreement. Capacity reallocated as you grow

This is the structural difference. Book a network assessment and we'll map it against what you're running today.

Why not go direct

The same warehouses. A different outcome.

Pricing

Going direct

You negotiate alone, against your own volume

With MyLogistics

Rates set by the volume of the entire network

Selection

Going direct

You pick from whoever returns your call

With MyLogistics

Matched on capability, cost, compliance and transit

Exceptions

Going direct

You chase the warehouse, then the carrier

With MyLogistics

One team owns it end to end and reports back

Billing

Going direct

A separate invoice and format per vendor

With MyLogistics

One reconciled invoice across every service

Growth

Going direct

New geography means a new search and a migration

With MyLogistics

New geography means routing to a node already live

Visibility

Going direct

A login per warehouse, and a spreadsheet to combine them

With MyLogistics

One system of record across every location

Real-time Slack and WhatsApp channels on every account. No portal-only support.

Measured on your compliance

Near-zero chargebacks across marketplace and retail accounts, recognised twice for customer service excellence.

Against the alternatives

When we are the right answer, and when we are not.

VS. A SINGLE 3PL

A single provider is simpler until you outgrow their footprint, their certifications, or their channel expertise. Then you are back to adding vendors. We start from a network, so the second and third facility are already part of the arrangement.

VS. DOING IT YOURSELF

Managing your own network gives you full control and full overhead: sourcing, contracting, integrating, and reconciling every one of them. Some brands should do this. Most find the coordination cost exceeds the savings.

VS. FULFILLMENT SOFTWARE

Software tells you what happened. It does not receive a container, argue a chargeback, or find capacity in November. We bring both, because the software is only useful if someone is accountable for the operation underneath it.
