MyLogistics.ai comes out of MyFBAPrep, which has been running this network since 2018. Our leadership has built Amazon businesses, run Fortune 500 distribution networks, and scaled two logistics companies to acquisition. We built the software because we needed it to run our own operation first.

The story
The network came before the software.
We started by doing the work. Prep, receiving, labeling, shipping — for Amazon sellers who needed it done to a standard the marketplace would actually accept. Doing that well meant doing it in more places, and doing it in more places meant building relationships with facilities we did not own.
The network came before the software. By the time we were moving volume through dozens of buildings across six countries, the hardest part of the business was no longer the warehouse work. It was knowing, at any given moment, what was true across all of them.
So we built the system we needed. MyLogistics.ai is seven years of routing decisions, rate cards, vendor invoices and client escalations, written down as software. It runs our own operation every day — which is the only real test a logistics system ever passes.
